Questions worth asking
Is it per user?
No. One subscription covers the hospital — every department, as many accounts as you need. Each person signs in as themselves, which is also what makes the record of who did what stand up to an assessor.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It stays yours. You can export everything to Excel and JSON at any time, without asking us, and the export button is in the product rather than behind a support request.
Does this replace a consultant?
No, and we would not claim it does. It replaces the spreadsheets, the reminders and the folder of forms that a consultant otherwise has to untangle each visit.

No. We are not affiliated with NABH, QCI or any accreditation organisation, and using this platform does not confer or guarantee accreditation. The published standard remains the authority.
